Return/Refund Policy
- Topsi provides you with a "three-day product quality guarantee", that is, if you find that the product is not in good condition within three days after receipt, you can contact our customer service Department (Email: adminhk@tsimtech.com).
- Please attach photos as evidence when providing information. Once Topsi Customer Service agrees to handle the situation, the customer must send the product back to the Customer Service Center for verification.
- Once verified and confirmed, Topsi will arrange for a courier company to deliver the replacement product to you free of charge.
- Once the refund is verified and confirmed, the money will be refunded to the bank account provided by you (it takes about seven to ten days to process and arrive).
- If the product you ordered is sold out, Topsi will refund you.
- If the gift that comes with the purchased product is out of stock, Topsi will provide a similar gift as a substitute.
Product returns or refunds are not accepted under the following cases:
- There is no proof of product purchased on this site.
- Purchases older than 14 days.
- The related product could not be returned for verification.
- Any freebies, gifts.
- The product is damaged or visibly soiled.
- Products rejected due to personal preference.
- In the event of a dispute, Topsi has the final decision.
