General payment

  • Topsi the right to change the prices of items is reserved without notice, and all orders are subject to Topsi's sole discretion and acceptance based on stock availability.
  • All orders are subject to the availability of the relevant goods for final confirmation. If the ordered products or services provided by this website are out of stock, this website has the right to refuse to accept the order.

Before placing an order through this website, you must be currently registered and logged into your account :

  • You must provide Topsi with accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information;

Payment

  • Topsi accepts Visa, MasterCard, Internet Banking and Points redemption (points are only available to Topsi members). According to the credit card purchase protection service (such as VISA verification service, MasterCard security code), you can use the credit card with a specific password or security code to shop safely and securely. The credit card used for the purchase must be valid and you must be the cardholder. This website reserves the right to terminate the order. Topsi is not responsible for any credit card errors.
  • All product prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars.
  • Topsi may from time to time set individual customer credit limits and reserves the right to restrict sales, including the right to refuse sales to any customer.
  • You must pay the full amount of the order when submitting the order. If you are unable to make the payment, Topsi will not accept the order.
  • Topsi reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.
  • Topsi reserves the right to change the payment method for online products at any time by posting announcements via the website, email and any other means of public communication.
  • If payment for any order has been made but the order has not been accepted by Topsi, you will be entitled to a refund in the form of a credit card. Topsi shall not be liable to you or any person for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred by you or any person as a result of such delay in processing refunds.

About home delivery Note :

  • All accepted orders will be dispatched within three working days. (Except for overseas ordered products)
  • It is not ruled out that the delivery time will vary due to festivalsdays (for example: Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter and large sales events). every weekdays Delivery will be suspended on public holidays. Delivery will be delayed if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted. Topsi will then contact you to confirm the delivery time and location.
  • Topsi reserves the right to charge you additional charges if you or your representative fails to receive the goods at the agreed delivery time and place.
  • If your location changes, it is your responsibility to notify Topsi immediately, and Topsi reserves the right to charge you an additional fee if the address is changed during the shipment.
  • Topsi reserves the final discretion to refuse delivery to any customer.

Pick remove

  • Topsi reserves the right to cancel an order if for any reason the product in question cannot be supplied or for other reasons an order cannot be delivered. If this occurs, Topsi will notify you.
  • All cancelled orders will be refunded by bank transfer equal to the order value to you.
  • Once an order confirmation is submitted, you cannot cancel the order.

Force majeure

  • Topsi shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labor disputes, equipment failure, or any other cause beyond Topsi's control .

  • You must register with us when using the Services or making an order. By registering, you represent (and we are entitled to rely on) that you are 18 years of age or older and have the capacity to form a legally binding contract.
  • You represent to us and all suppliers who supply goods through our website that all orders you make through our website will be made within your contractual authority.
